Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:
2 cups grated unsweetened coconut
2-3 dried red chillies

Grind all the ingredients into a semi coarse paste. Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds and a little hing. Once it splutters add torn curry leaves and take it off the burner. Add salt as needed and the above mixture to the coconut mix. Serve it with dosas and enjoy!
